ADOLESCENCE Adolescence is the period of change between childhood and adulthood. It includes many changes to the body, and to the way a young person relates to the world. The physical, sexual, cognitive, social, and emotional changes that happen during this time can bring anxiety for both children and their parents. Adolescents in this age are more vulnerable to health implications due to their nature of experimenting and exposure to limited information regarding affecting their health and development. Problems in this age are related to their physical and emotional development. PEER PRESSURE Peer pressure is influence that a peer group, observes as exerts that encourages others to others to change their attitudes, values and behaviours,to conform to group norms. Adolescents can experience per pressure is varying degrees. Peer pressure is the influence wielded by people within the same social group. It is also the term used to describe the effect this influence
